          "text": "<p>Job Title:   Scrum Master<br />Location:  Greenwood Village, CO<br />Type:  Direct hire<br /><br />Job Description:  Company located in Greenwood Village, CO has an immediate need for a Scrum Master for a direct hire position.  This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Product Delivery, Network Products and participate in a team environment of ten BA&apos;s PM&apos;s and Product Managers.  Seeking a candidate to facilitate Daily Scrums, facilitate Sprint Planning &amp; Grooming Sessions, create &amp; maintain Scrum Boards, remove Tier 1 roadblocks, assist with Innovation R&amp;D and implementation, assist with Agile adoption, transformation, and help foster a  learn-by-doing environment and help foster and enforce a custom Product Delivery Framework (unique combination of Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies).<br /><br />Required Skills:<br />1)  ScrumMaster experience<br />2) SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework Enterprise)<br />3)  Agile AND Waterfall methodology experience<br />4)  Engineering department experience (not just software development)<br /><br />Desired Skills:<br />1)  Certification<br /><span><span>2)  Jira</span></span><br /></p>",
