The Manager conducts training needs analyses, creates diverse training solutions, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader corporate security programs, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with enterprise risk management frameworks.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li><p>Design, execute, and continuously refine the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) training and professional development framework, including onboarding, technical skills, risk response, and leadership programs.</p></li>\n <li>Conduct analyses to identify gaps in operational readiness, incident management, and situational awareness across GSOC teams at global and regional levels.</li>\n <li>Develop diverse training formats like scenario-based workshops, tabletop exercises, eLearning modules, simulations, podcasts, job aids, and quick reference guides, tailored to GSOC functions and incident protocols.</li>\n <li>Incorporate Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) principles and corporate security standards in designing GSOC drills and exercises to ensure operational continuity and compliance.</li>\n <li>Develop and manage tools to assess learning outcomes, system readiness, and response efficiency.</li>\n <li>Partner with client leadership, GSOC managers, and analytic teams to enhance training, focusing on intelligence analysis, escalation processes, and technology platform use, including alerting systems, dashboards, and ticketing workflows.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate GSOC learning initiatives into broader corporate security capability-building programs.</li>\n <li>Maintain and update GSOC learning repositories, playbooks, and other knowledge management platforms.</li>\n <li>Monitor and report on key training metrics including readiness levels, completion rates, and post-exercise results while identifying continuous improvement opportunities.</li>\n <li>Oversee communications, scheduling, logistics, and vendor management for all GSOC learning programs.</li>\n <li>Stay updated on best practices in global security operations, adult learning methods, and emerging threats to keep training content relevant and effective.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, education, training development, or a related field, with a minimum of five or more years of experience in global security operations, GSOC environments, or program management required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Expertise in developing and executing security operations training or GSOC-specific programs.</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of learning needs analysis, instructional design, and training evaluation in fast-paced or mission-critical environments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of incident management lifecycles, escalation protocols, and risk communication standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge integrating training programs with security technologies including LMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and incident management tools.</p></li>\n <li>Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills. </li>\n <li>Able to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures. </li>\n <li>Client orientated and results driven.</li>\n <li>Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines. </li>\n <li>Attentive to detail and accuracy. </li>\n <li>Able to analyze complex situations and recommend solutions. </li>\n <li>Serve as an effective team leader. </li>\n <li>Organizational and administrative skills.</li>\n <li>Computer skills;
