    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong><br>Supports Everence by integrating business analysis, technical reporting, and problem-solving within a collaborative and complex business environment. Assists the Finance &amp; Business Analytics department transform data into meaningful insights that enhance how Everence monitors and understands its operations.<br><br>Initially assumes responsibility for several reporting, analysis, and data-related activities currently managed by the team. Over time, this role is expected to develop into more advanced business analysis and financial performance monitoring, supporting the department&rsquo;s long-term development of enhanced business analytics and FP&amp;A capabilities.<br><br>The ideal candidate is naturally curious, learns quickly, and is comfortable working in situations where the path forward is not always clearly defined. This role requires someone who enjoys connecting data, systems, and business context to help answer meaningful questions about the organization&#39;s performance. Everence operates across multiple legal entities, product lines, and regulatory environments, making this role well-suited to someone who enjoys complexity and is motivated by understanding how different parts of an organization connect.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own recurring reporting and analysis tasks, including report updates, data setup, and maintaining existing reporting procedures.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of Power BI dashboards and reports that assist Everence in monitoring key business metrics.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Work with data from multiple systems and tools, including SQL-based data sources, Excel, Access, D365 Customer Insights, ClickDimensions, and Power BI.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct business analysis that transforms data into clear insights and practical understanding of business performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in creating new reporting or analytical tools that enhance visibility into trends, operational activity, and financial performance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with internal subject matter experts across different departments to understand business procedures, clarify reporting requirements, and verify analytical results.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, data quality, and consistency across analytical outputs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Document processes and reporting logic to enhance transparency, continuity, and knowledge sharing within the department.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support shifting departmental priorities as the team continues to grow its skills in business analytics and financial performance monitoring.</li></ol></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><br>&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Education</u>:&nbsp;<br>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field preferred</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Experience</u>:&nbsp;</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related analytical role preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with SQL and Power BI is strongly preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Excel and Access for analysis or reporting</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Familiarity with marketing automation or customer data platforms, such as D365 Customer Insights or ClickDimensions, is helpful</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with ETL processes, relational databases, or data warehouse environments is beneficial</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working in environments where responsibilities change and not every requirement is predefined</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is beneficial but not required</li></ol></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><u>Skills and Abilities</u>:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ol style=\"list-style-type: decimal;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A strong curiosity and a natural desire to understand how things work</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to think critically and analyze problems effectively</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Comfortable working in gray areas where requirements or answers are not always clear</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to translate data into clear explanations and insights</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while managing independent responsibilities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Alignment in supporting the Everence mission of empowering financial well-being for faith-inspired living</li></ol></div><p><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;</strong>None<br><strong>SCHEDULE:&nbsp;</strong>Full-time</p></div></div>\n",
