We have continued to grow and are excited to add another to the UST family!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Warehouse Associate Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for specific duties as they relate to maintaining and coordinating cross-dock operations and ensuring its processes are safe and efficient. This individual will be an essential part to the cornerstone of UST’s growth and success that is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute Excellence Every time - simply known internally as E3.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Rate:</span>$18.00/hour</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><em>(Include, but are not limited to)</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously meets UST and client safety standards for all duties assigned, including the use of all heavy equipment, and motorized or non-motorized equipment </li>\n<li>Ensures accuracy of all products added or removed from conveyors, racks, and pallets </li>\n<li>Ensures all product is being processed and/or handled without defects or damage </li>\n<li>Ensures proper preparation of product for loading and delivery </li>\n<li>Maintains a clean and safe working environment </li>\n<li>Maintains a positive working relationship with all team members</li>\n<li>Operates distribution center computer systems as required to control product flow </li>\n<li>Safely and accurately performs responsibilities within the cross-dock including receiving, processing, stocking, selecting, and moving product within the distribution center </li>\n<li>Uses equipment necessary to receive, process, and select product for loading and delivery </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy and/or bulky merchandise </li>\n<li>High School Diploma or equivalent education </li>\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook  </li>\n<li>Must be able to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays </li>\n<li>Possess effective written and verbal communication </li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>UST Logistical Systems provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</em></p>",
