Success is measured through several different metrics that capture customer satisfaction, product knowledge, professionalism, and the ability to be quick and navigate change. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, hardworking, team-oriented, and an excellent oral and written communicator.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.</li><li>Communicating with customers promptly through various channels.</li><li>Acknowledging and resolving customer inquiries promptly.</li><li>Knowledge of our products and ability to help schedule a solar consultation.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be proficient with a computer, including Office 365, Microsoft Word, and One Drive.</li><li>experience in a Call Center, Customer Service, or Telecommunications is a plus</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.</li><li>The ability to sit at a workstation for a long duration of time.</li><li>Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, building rapport, adaptability to different personality types, and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>Enthusiastic and personable.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and the ability to function independently.</li><li>Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Technical and Office Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have high-speed internet&nbsp;</li><li>Must have a quiet workspace free from noise and distractions</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><p><strong>This is a full time, remote position.
