    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div class=\"WordSection1\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to conduct comprehensive testing and inspections of materials, components, and assemblies in the oil &amp; gas industry. You'll ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality excellence.</span></p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Roles and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Inspect in-process parts, finished products, and purchased materials using established inspection procedures and measuring equipment</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Perform dimensional, visual, non-destructive testing (NDT), and hardness testing on piece parts and receiving materials</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Conduct thread inspections to API 5CT, 7-1 standards and premium connections (VAM, Tenaris, JFE)</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Verify conformance to specifications by measuring dimensions of completed products and workpieces</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Review material test certificates during receiving inspection and ensure drawings/specifications are current revisions</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Maintain and update calibration database; coordinate outsource/in-house equipment calibration schedules</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Prepare detailed inspection documentation, reports, and performance records</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Raise, update, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (CPAR)</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Apply systematic problem-solving methodologies to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Ensure compliance with company's Quality Management System, HSE policies, and industry regulations</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Communicate inspection results and defects to supervisors and key stakeholders effectively</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Skills / Education</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 24px;\"><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Trade Certificate</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">3-5 years minimum experience in oil &amp; gas products inspection</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Proficiency with standard measuring equipment and ability to interpret quality control specifications, schematics, and drawings</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Computer literate with Microsoft Office software</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English with strong verbal and written communication skills</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Detail-oriented with basic math skills and systematic problem-solving abilities</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">Proven understanding of industry safety standards and quality expectations</span></p></li><li class=\"ortl-align-justify\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">ASNT (American Society for Non-Destructive Testing) Level 2 certification in at least 2 NDE methods (LPT &amp; MPT)</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN\">#LI-KP1</span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;</span></span></p></div>",
