We couldn’t be more excited and it is a wonderful time to join our Group with all the growth opportunities and expansions down the pipeline, we will be sure to turn your retail job into your dream career.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Mango, founded in Barcelona Spain, is an internationally well-known fashion brand that designs, manufactures, and markets women’s, men’s and kid’s clothing and accessories and has over 2220 stores worldwide.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Description </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who are we looking for?</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part Time Shift Lead</span>, who must be an exceptional leader who can motive, inspire, and develop the store team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide and ensure legendary customer experiences consistently</li>\n<li>Establish Customer Satisfaction</li>\n<li>Coach, Develop and maximize the success of all associates</li>\n<li>Sets expectations and ensures accountability</li>\n<li>Maximize sales potential by coaching associates behaviors on the sales floor and in the back room</li>\n<li>Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store</li>\n<li>Ensure training of the associate team</li>\n<li>Analyze business and create action plans</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with/to team</li>\n<li>Direct/execute company policies/practices</li>\n<li>Direct merchandise flow</li>\n<li>Ensure visual &amp; merchandising standards and a positive in-store experience</li>\n<li>Manage controllable expenses</li>\n<li>Maintain Mango Procedures</li>\n<li>Loss Prevention and Safety</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills/Experience </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 1 year of fast fashion experience</li>\n<li>Prior sales management experience</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics</li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive sales results, able to analyze selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business</li>\n<li>Comfort in making decisions and mediating conflict within a team-environment</li>\n<li>Ability to address complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.</li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills</li>\n<li>Ability to identify/assess top talent and train/develop/retain great people.</li>\n<li>Proficient in windows-based software such as Excel, Word and Outlook</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Pay range: $18.20 - 20.00<br>This is a vacant position.<em><br></em></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Fox Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion and we encourage applications from all qualified candidates, including those with disabilities.
