Finley grew from a physician–led residential facility to a 126-bed, fully accredited hospital, and now, to a regional healthcare system that includes not only hospital services, but clinic and home services as well.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Join a team of experienced physicians, APPs and support staff that have excellent patient outcomes</li>\n <li>PRN Emergency Medicine opportunity </li>\n <li>Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>12 hour shifts</li>\n <li>Average patients per day: 74 patients</li>\n <li>Annual visit volume: 20,000-25,000</li>\n <li>16 private treatment rooms: including 2 advanced trauma rooms, behavioral health rooms and a gynecology room</li>\n <li>Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve</li>\n <li>Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>MD/DO</li>\n <li>Board Eligible or Board Certified in Emergency Medicine </li>\n <li>Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice</li>\n <li>Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>We Offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attractive compensation </li>\n <li>Paid malpractice insurance </li>\n <li>A culture guided by uncompromising values and unwavering belief in doing what’s right for the people we serve</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Community Details</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The community of Dubuque has grown into a city with small-town roots.
