This position supports the evaluation and resolution of construction claims across a variety of infrastructure projects, with a focus on delay analysis, damages assessment, and contract-based entitlement evaluation.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will work alongside experienced claims professionals to analyze complex project records, including schedules, cost data, and contract documents, to support defensible, well-documented claim assessments. You will also contribute to proactive project controls efforts, including CPM scheduling, schedule reviews, and change management support during active projects.</p>\n<p>This position is primarily remote, with a minimum expectation of <strong>one day per week in a local Arcadis office</strong> to support collaboration and team development.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Claims Analysis &amp; Support</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Assist in the evaluation of construction claims, including entitlement, causation, and damages.</li>\n   <li>Review contract documents, change orders, and project records to support claim analysis and dispute resolution.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Analyze contractor submissions to identify strengths, weaknesses, and documentation gaps.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Schedule &amp; Delay Analysis</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Perform forensic schedule analyses using CPM methodologies (e.g., Time Impact Analysis, windows analysis, as-planned vs. as-built).&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Develop and review Primavera P6 schedules, updates, and schedule metrics.</li>\n   <li>Support delay quantification, critical path evaluation, and attribution of responsibility.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Damages &amp; Cost Evaluation</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Assist in the review and assessment of claimed costs related to delays, disruptions, and changes (e.g., labor inefficiencies, extended conditions).&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Contribute to the preparation of cost/damages analyses and supporting documentation.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Project Controls &amp; Advisory Support</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Support CPM schedule development, updates, and progress tracking.</li>\n   <li>Assist with schedule reviews, risk identification, and change management during project execution.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Participate in proactive claims mitigation and project controls tasks.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Reporting &amp; Client Support</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Prepare technical analyses, reports, and presentations for internal and client-facing use.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Assist in developing clear, well-supported findings suitable for negotiation or dispute resolution.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Key Attributes of the Candidate</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Construction Knowledge</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong familiarity with how construction projects are executed, preferably including <strong>field experience</strong>.</li>\n   <li>Understanding of project lifecycle from planning through closeout.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Technical &amp; Analytical Capability</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and contractor means and methods.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Ability to interpret construction contracts and apply them to factual scenarios.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Solid analytical skills with attention to detail and organization.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Relevant Experience &amp; Tools</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Minimum <strong>3+ years of experience</strong> in construction, project controls, scheduling, or claims analysis.</li>\n   <li>Proficiency with <strong>Primavera P6</strong> (required).</li>\n   <li>Experience in <strong>CPM scheduling, project management, and/or contract change management</strong>.</li>\n   <li>Exposure to <strong>delay analysis and/or claims evaluation</strong> is highly desirable.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Education &amp; Credentials</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</strong>.</li>\n   <li>At least <strong>one relevant professional certification</strong> (PE, CCM, PMP, PSP, AIA).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Communication &amp; Professional Skills</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing clear and concise reports.</li>\n   <li>Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and with clients.</li>\n   <li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple assignments concurrently.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">Why Arcadis?</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
