    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p>Job Summary:<br>Responsible for the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, and parking lots.<br><br>Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<br><br>&bull;Always provides excellent customer service, greeting and thanking customers in your interaction with them on the property.<br>&bull;Responsible for the meticulous appearance and cleanliness of the property exterior, always keeping CURB APPEAL top of mind. This includes fuel pumps, building, drive-thru/patio areas and car wash facilities.<br>&bull;Washing down and/or sweeping walkways and store entrances, painting fuel islands/bollards, cleaning light fixtures, and removing trash and weeds.<br>&bull;Ensure fuel dispensers and nozzles are cleaned and working properly. Ensure windshield washer buckets are full and clean, with non-damaged squeegees.<br>&bull;Spreading snowmelt and/or removing snow/ice from walkways during the winter season.<br>&bull;Assisting customers with fuel or car wash-related questions, or site-specific tasks such as filling propane.<br>&bull;Identify and immediately report to the store manager or take action to correct potential safety hazards which may exist on the site.<br>&bull;Report to work on time and follow uniform policies.<br>&bull;Be knowledgeable about and follow company policies.<br>&bull;Treat customers, co-workers, and vendors with dignity and respect.<br>&bull;Maintain a positive attitude.<br><br>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Requirements:<br><br>&bull;Must be 14 years of age. (18 to climb a ladder or dispense propane)<br>&bull;Self-motivated and able to complete tasks without constant direction.<br>&bull;Occasionally requires lifting 50 pounds up to the waist.
