    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">The Island Private School of Limassol is seeking a competent and experienced Afternoon Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team at our Parekklisia campus for the 2025–2026 academic year.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We are also in the process of planning our new school campus on a beautiful 50,000 m² site, which will include kindergartens, elementary and high schools, an international boarding school, and accommodation for teachers. This is a great opportunity to join a growing school at an exciting stage of development.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">General Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Be an active and collaborative member of the class team, including participation in collaborative PYP meetings, development and implementation of classroom management rules, and approaches to teaching.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with homeroom teachers and co-teachers to ensure a seamless transition between the first and second parts of the school day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Transfer teaching skills and experience to extracurricular assistants, including daily routines and classroom management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design and plan age-appropriate, engaging extracurricular activities aligned with the curriculum.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure all necessary materials and resources are prepared to facilitate activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Deliver extracurricular activities effectively.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Encourage student participation and engagement, fostering discussions that promote critical thinking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Communicate with parents regarding children’s learning experience and wellbeing during the afternoon programme.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend staff meetings, professional development sessions, and required training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Professional Educator Diploma or equivalent teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PGCE).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fluency in English (minimum C1 level) and international-mindedness.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Familiarity with the use of technology in teaching and learning.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable about child development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
