In this role, you would be  partner to customers, ensuring the right products are available at the right time while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.</p>\n<p>Working closely with customers, sales teams, and internal operations, this position monitors inventory performance, analyzes demand trends, and executes replenishment strategies using real-time data and systems such as SAP. You will plays a critical role in improving service levels, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening customer relationships.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must posses a clean Class 5 abstract </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<li><strong>Customer Service & Sales Support     </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain professional, courteous communication with customers before, during, and after sales</li>\n <li>Provide knowledgeable product support and resolve issues efficiently</li>\n <li>Assist walk-in customers and handle inquiries or complaints promptly</li>\n <li>Drive profitable sales through effective selling, upselling, and cross-selling</li>\n <li>Maintain organized paperwork and workspace</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>     2. <strong>Vehicle Operation/Delivery</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Must posses a clean Class 5 abstract </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Safely operate company vehicles (Work Van) </li>\n <li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness</li>\n <li>Deliver building materials to job sites on time, unload and verify deliveries, and provide courteous, professional customer service</li>\n <li>Stock, organize, and maintain stock programs to maximize sales</li>\n <li>Inspect and secure truck loads before departure and ensure materials are properly staged per customer instructions</li>\n <li>Possess basic knowledge of building materials, and delivery equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<li><strong>Physical Job Requirements   </strong></li>\n<ul>\n <li>Frequent use of hands and arms for equipment operation, grasping and manipulation</li>\n <li>Frequent driving or sitting in a truck, forklift or other similar equipment for multiple hours a day</li>\n <li>Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying building materials weighing approximately 100 pounds, using proper lifting procedures; and occasionally pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying greater weights.  Pushing and pulling carts loaded carts over various distances and surfaces.
