Client Service Representative
Welcome to Animal Emergency & Specialty Center (AESC) ! We are a 24/7 Emergency & Specialty Veterinary Hospital, located in North Parker. We are currently seeking a qualified Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our growing team! As a CSR , you’ll be the essential connection between our clients, their pets, and the rest of the hospital team. From managing front desk to coordinating vital communications, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and their pets. The CSR team supports the hospital from 6am to midnight, 7 days per week, with various shifts and schedules available.
*$750 Longevity Bonus within first 6 months of Employment**
Compensation:
$18 - $24 depending on experience $$ Longevity BONUS OFFERED Anticipated Schedule:
Full Time (8 hour shifts) 6am-5pm Shifts available throughout this time range Days TBD upon hospital need Primary Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
Manage multi-line phone systems : answer calls, gather information, and route messages to the appropriate departments. Schedule appointments and handle check-ins/check-outs for both specialty and emergency visits. Provide compassionate and professional support to clients, including during high-stress or emergent situations. Assist with walk-in euthanasia cases, including discussing cremation options. Process payments, deposits, and invoices using various payment methods. Maintain and update client accounts, records, and paperwork accurately. Follow established protocols to escalate urgent cases in the Emergency Room. Monitor and communicate accurate wait times for Emergency Room clients. Rotate through phone support shifts, handling all incoming calls. Coordinate the use of exam rooms efficiently. Administrative Responsibilities:
Ensure the front desk, lobby, and exam rooms are clean and organized at all times. Scan documents into patient charts and maintain accurate records. Send reminders for appointments via email, phone calls, or texts. Verify that upcoming appointments are scheduled correctly, confirmed, and that all necessary records are obtained. Oversee memorial and cremation products for clients. Collaborate with the Referral Coordinator to manage appointments from referring veterinarians. Take on other duties as assigned to support hospital operations. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of in-person customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and messaging programs. Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience in the veterinary or human medical field. Familiarity with payment collection processes. Experience managing multi-line phone systems. Proven ability to maintain high accuracy in data entry. Knowledge of EzyVet or similar medical record systems. Benefits

We are a 24/7 Emergency & Specialty Veterinary Hospital, located in North Parker. We are currently seeking a qualified <b>Client Service Representatives (CSR)</b> to join our growing team! As a <b>CSR</b>, you’ll be the essential connection between our clients, their pets, and the rest of the hospital team. From managing front desk to coordinating vital communications, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and their pets. The CSR team supports the hospital from 6am to midnight, 7 days per week, with various shifts and schedules available.</span></p><p style=\"text-align:center;\"><strong type=\"disc\"><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><u>Manage multi-line phone systems</u>: answer calls, gather information, and route messages to the appropriate departments.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Schedule appointments and handle check-ins/check-outs for both specialty and emergency visits.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Provide compassionate and professional support to clients, including during high-stress or emergent situations.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Assist with walk-in euthanasia cases, including discussing cremation options.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Process payments, deposits, and invoices using various payment methods.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Maintain and update client accounts, records, and paperwork accurately.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Follow established protocols to escalate urgent cases in the Emergency Room.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Monitor and communicate accurate wait times for Emergency Room clients.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Rotate through phone support shifts, handling all incoming calls.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Coordinate the use of exam rooms efficiently.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><b>Administrative Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Ensure the front desk, lobby, and exam rooms are clean and organized at all times.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Scan documents into patient charts and maintain accurate records.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Send reminders for appointments via email, phone calls, or texts.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Verify that upcoming appointments are scheduled correctly, confirmed, and that all necessary records are obtained.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Oversee memorial and cremation products for clients.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Collaborate with the Referral Coordinator to manage appointments from referring veterinarians.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Take on other duties as assigned to support hospital operations.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><b><u>Qualifications</u></b></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><b>Minimum Requirements:</b></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><i>At least <b>1 year of in-person customer service experience.</b></i></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><i>High school diploma or equivalent.</i></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><i>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and messaging programs.</i></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><i> </i><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><b>1 year of experience</b> in the veterinary or human medical field.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Familiarity with <b>payment collection</b> processes.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Experience managing <b>multi-line phone</b> systems.</span></li><li><span
