    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.32.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Objective of the Position:</strong> This position represents Supply Chain Management for potential and new business in the Program Team activities, and acts as a single point representative of contact for SCM; accountable for meeting target cost for new programs.</p><p><strong>Essential Accountabilities:&nbsp;</strong>The position incumbent ensures, that</p><ul><li>Responsible for target costing for new projects.</li><li>Act as the Program Manager for SCM &ndash; Timing, APQP &amp; Cost Management until SOP</li><li>Responsible for Flawless launches.</li><li>Drives concurrent engineering activities and early prototype supplier involvement.</li><li>Coordinates technical reviews (with Supplier Development, Commodity Buyer, Eng, &amp; Mfg)</li><li>Works with Commodity Buyer (CB) for estimates/RFQ/source recommendation form</li><li>Obtain consensus with program team on source selections.</li><li>Coordinate all Change Management requirements affecting suppliers.</li><li>Capture SCM lessons learned and provide to program team</li><li>Organized by BU and linked to Design center</li><li>Intelligent Forward Planning (CIP)</li><li>Procurement Market- Benchmark Studies</li></ul><p><strong>Secondary Accountabilities:</strong> The position incumbent ensures, that</p><ul><li>Conduct all business related activities for, and on the behalf of, Eberspaecher within the limits of applicable local, state, and federal legal requirements.</li><li>Provide support to, and compliance with, all local and corporate Eberspaecher Health, Safety &amp; Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and other HSE related requirements.</li><li>Quality - Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and follows all ENA polices related to TS16949 and ISO 14001; looks for way to improve and promote quality.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirement Profile:</strong></p><p><strong>Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree (B. A.) in field or closely related field.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in Supply Chain Management.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience working for a manufacturing supplier preferably automotive.</li><li>Experience with an ERP system required.</li><li>Ability to travel domestically by car or plane.</li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.</li><li>Ability to apply mathematical concepts and operations, including calculations, percentages, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and write simple correspondence.</li><li>Analytical- Synthesize complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures<strong>.</strong></li><li>Business Acumen- Understands business implications of decisions.</li><li>Knowledge of continuous improvement of products for manufacturability.</li><li>Knowledge of engineering fundaments, mechanical systems, automotive systems, and exhaust systems.</li><li>Project Management- Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities.</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div></div>\n",
