          "text": "<p>Have you been&#xa0;improving&#xa0;your accounting skills and are ready for the next challenge?&#xa0;As our&#xa0;Junior Accountant, you&#xa0;will play a critical role in day-to-day accounting operations.&#xa0;This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments within the organization.&#xa0;Key responsibilities will encompass:&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Analyze monthly revenue recognition data.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist with WIP and deferred revenue reconciliations.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Complete system processes for monthly revenue recognition.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare and post journal entries.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;processing of financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, and journal entries.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monthly customer billing for product, fixed fee, subscription and time and materials contracts.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist&#xa0;in month-end and year-end close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Utilize your analytical skills to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;discrepancies, investigate variances, and propose solutions to improve financial processes and controls.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Support audit preparations to provide necessary documentation and explanations.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Engage in special projects and initiatives to enhance our financial systems, reporting capabilities, and overall efficiency.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ownership of month end balance sheet reconciliations, including Fixed Assets.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Mastering relevant&#xa0;software&#xa0;applications for streamlined operations.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associate or&#xa0;bachelor’s degree in accounting&#xa0;or 1+ year(s)&#xa0;equivalent experience.&#xa0;</li><li><p>Ideally you will&#xa0;have NetSuite experience, preferentially including administration of&#xa0;NetSuite system.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work experience, understanding or knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Adaptability: Given the ever-evolving nature of technology and accounting standards, being adaptable to change is important for success in this role.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with financial reporting standards.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency&#xa0;in Microsoft Office suite, particularly&#xa0;Excel.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and continuous improvement.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively.&#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
