You may manage employees in a unionized environment.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead and ensure compliance with ISO and QMS standards across inventory and quality control operations</li>\n <li>Oversee<strong> Inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and effective stock management practices</strong></li>\n <li>Establish and maintain auditable processes, including cycle counts, inventory adjustments, ISO audit readiness, and product traceability</li>\n <li>Manages all aspects of the location to include accurate on time order fulfillment and shipping, on time receiving, manage working capital (as it relates to Operations), inventory and quality management systems.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Management responsibility of a location that could include multiple warehouse management systems and/or multifaceted customer value added services.</li>\n <li>Maintains a safe, secure and inclusive workplace.</li>\n <li>Manages, coaches, mentors, hires and trains employees.&nbsp; This also includes performance management.</li>\n <li><strong>Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and audit standards (e.g. internal controls, ISO 9000).</strong></li>\n <li>Manages expense-based profit and loss statement (P&amp;L) to plan.</li>\n <li>Drives efficiencies within the facility using LEAN methodologies.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Maintains facility tour-ready standards.</li>\n <li>Ensures preventative maintenance of the facility and all equipment (e.g. material handling equipment, wire cutting machines, racking systems, warehouse infrastructure).</li>\n <li>Matches facility capacities to customer/sales professionals’ expectations.&nbsp; Works with sales professionals and leadership to ensure alignment with market strategy and accurately set customer expectations.</li>\n <li>Works with other support departments such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Human Resources and Finance.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Actively engaged in developing annual budgets for the facility and <strong>supplier/vendor familiarity and cost/inventory discrepancy resolution</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li>\n <li>5+ years’ operations experience, specifically in distribution center facilities preferred</li>\n <li>Experience managing a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Teams, Power Point)</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively communicate in both group and individual settings</li>\n <li>Capable of handling multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 0-25% of the time</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Environment:</strong> Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment.&nbsp; The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted.&nbsp; Warehouse employees may be exposed to all kinds of weather and may be required to wear protective clothing.&nbsp; Operates heavy equipment.&nbsp; Strict safety regulations may be required.</p>\n<p>#LI-SG1</p>",
