You will lead the Sales &amp; Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) process across Egypt, KSA, and the UAE, ensuring alignment between demand and supply.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Design, implement, and lead the monthly regional S&amp;OP cycle</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Align Commercial, Growth, and Logistics teams on demand and supply planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Build, mentor, and lead a team of supply chain planners</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Develop forecasting models considering seasonality, marketing trends, and expansion plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Define safety stock levels, reorder points, and lead-time strategies across fulfillment centers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Partner with Commercial teams on product launches and campaigns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Collaborate with Warehouse Managers to align capacity with inbound planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Leverage tools such as Oracle, Snowflake, and Metabase to support planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Monitor supplier performance and inbound reliability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Mitigate supply chain risks</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or S&amp;OP</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">At least 2 years in a managerial or team lead role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail is preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">APICS certification (CPIM/CSCP) is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Strong analytical skills and experience with ERP systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Experience with SQL, Python, or planning tools is a plus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt\">Fluent in English and Arabic</span></li>\n</ul>",
