Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</p>\n<p>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Market and Liquidity Risk Support to join our Investments Risk team. This role is located in Pune.</p>\n<p>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</p>\n<p>• Generate, combine, reconcile, and tailor risk and performance attribution reports across various systems.<br>\n • Identify and monitor key risk and performance indicators and metrics, and assess the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies and controls.<br>\n • Conduct regular reviews of investment risk guidelines, benchmark suitability, risk proxy validity, and deviations from established risk and investment parameters.<br>\n • Develop, refine, and automate comprehensive end-to-end processes for performance and risk management reporting and monitoring.<br>\n • Coordinate with corporate Risk functions to ensure consistency in risk reporting and policies and procedures.<br>\n • Assist in the development of a central database for client and portfolio data, such as AUM/AUA by client, investment types, objectives, and a cross-mapping of investment identifiers across multiple systems.</p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</p>\n<p>• MBA Finance or equivalent<br>\n • FRM or CFA designation is desirable<br>\n • Must have hands-on working knowledge of Aladdin or Morningstar and Bloomberg<br>\n • 2-6 years of relevant work experience<br>\n • Ability to learn quickly and a high degree of problem-solving skills<br>\n • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment<br>\n • Comfortable working in evening shifts</p>\n<p>At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:</p>\n<p>BNY Newsroom<br>\n BNY LinkedIn</p>\n<p>Here’s a few of our recent awards:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025</li>\n <li>World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025</li>\n <li>“Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Our Benefits and Rewards:</p>\n<p>BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
