      "content": "<div>\n<p>At Ecosystem, you won’t be working on standard projects with off-the-shelf solutions. You will be involved in existing buildings that are energy-intensive and complex, designed in a time when energy was inexpensive. Each project is unique and requires critical thinking, creativity, and resourcefulness.</p>\n<p>You will take part in the development of energy performance projects, from audit to construction and through to results validation. Here, you won’t be given a step-by-step manual- instead, you’ll be told what the building needs to achieve, and you’ll have the freedom, resources, and tools to determine how to get there.</p>\n<p><strong>Specifically, you will:</strong></p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>Act as the single point of ownership for assigned projects, leading both project and design management</li>\n<li>Serve as lead engineer, managing project timelines, workstreams, budgets, and mentor junior team members while ensuring effective collaboration with MEP firms and client stakeholders</li>\n<li>Review and enhance MEP drawings and designs to optimize system performance and reduce project cost</li>\n<li>Gather and analyze client energy bills to identify potential energy savings based on current energy rates and the building’s energy use intensity (EUI) &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Analyze mechanical/ electrical/ control drawings and perform site surveys to understand the operation of the building &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop energy conservation measures based on clients’ needs and financial parameters &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop and perform calculations using a combination of software and simulations of potential energy savings from the proposed design&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Select equipment based on energy performance&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Prepare project construction budgets and develop financial models&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance to the Construction Manager during the construction phase of the project&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Monitor project performance to ensure attainment of anticipated energy savings</li>\n\n</ul></div>"

      "content": "<div>\n\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Physics Engineering &nbsp;</li>\n<li>5–10 years of experience in design engineering or mechanical systems design, ideally within heavy Mechanical &amp; HVAC projects</li>\n<li>Proven track record contributing to large-scale design-build projects, with growing ownership of design scope and accountability&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Strong ability to translate theoretical expertise and technical knowledge into innovative, practical solutions through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams</li>\n<li>Skilled in drafting technical reports, presenting proposals, and engaging directly with clients, contractors, and stakeholders</li>\n<li>Possesses a solution-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt designs to unique project challenges, and experience reviewing and approving shop drawings</li>\n<li>Familiarity with permitting processes and regulatory compliance requirements&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Develop technical concepts and associated written documentation required by the Client Acquisition Team and support the Sales Team in identifying clients’ needs&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Participate in internal and external meetings/presentations and nurture client relationships&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Your professional development is an integral part of your role.
