HR Coordinator
📍 Westwood, MA (Onsite)
💰 $75,000–$85,000 Base Salary DOE + Discretionary Bonus

A well-established and growing construction company is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR, benefits, onboarding, and payroll functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees across the organization.
This is a highly visible role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping people, and can effectively manage changing priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and new hire administration
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding benefits and HR-related matters
Administer benefits enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA, open enrollment, and annual renewals
Support weekly payroll processing through timecard review, payroll data entry, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
Assist with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements as needed
Ensure accurate and compliant HR and payroll records
Utilize ERP to update for employees
What We're Looking For
2–3+ years of HR administration experience
1–3 years of payroll support experience, including weekly payroll cycles is preferred
Experience with timecard review, payroll data entry, adjustments, and basic payroll troubleshooting
Experience with ERP systems such as Vista/Viewpoint, Oracle, Sage, or similar platforms
General understanding of prevailing wage requirements; direct certified payroll reporting experience is not required
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional employee support
