          "text": "<p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Mobile Automotive Technician / Mechanic</p><p><strong>Location: &#xa0;</strong></p><p>Surprise, AZ</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>As a Mobile Automotive Technician/Mechanic at Christian Brothers Automotive, your primary responsibility is to deliver high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services directly to our guests' locations. You will operate a Christian Brothers Automotive branded mobile repair vehicle equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to diagnose and fix various vehicle issues.</p><p>We are looking for automotive technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for must seek solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li><li>Honestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations</li><li>Maintain professionalism while&#xa0;addressing all guest concerns&#xa0;</li><li>Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate them to the guest's needs</li><li>Politely and professionally communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicle</li><li>Complete wheel and tire replacements as needed</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Responsible for keeping&#xa0;the&#xa0;branded repair vehicle clean and presentable at all times</li><li>Master MFG-level diagnostic tools (MFG scan tools and subscriptions are provided by CBA)</li></ul>",
