          "text": "<p>EXCELLENT PAY &amp; BENEFITS (EFFECTIVE DAY 1!)</p><p>Performs mechanical maintenance tasks such as preventative maintenance, machine repair, metal fabrication, welding, plumbing, painting and other common maintenance tasks by performing the following duties. Maintains electrical systems for equipment.&#xa0; Perform preventive maintenance system to maximize production time and minimize down time.</p><ul><li>Dismantles machines or equipment, replaces defective parts and motors, and adjusts feed mechanisms.</li><li>Cleans and lubricates machine parts such as shafts, pulleys, gears, and bearings.</li><li>Replaces or repairs machine belts.</li><li>Removes dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from machines.</li><li>Paints machines or equipment to prevent corrosion.</li><li>Bends, cuts, and threads pipe, cuts openings in walls, ceilings, and floors for pipes, and seals pipe joints with sealing compound.&#xa0;</li><li>Assemble, reconfigure or move parts for workstations &amp; other furnishings.</li><li>Patches or replaces plaster board and paints walls, ceilings, and trim of building.</li><li>Clears clogged drains and replaces plumbing fixtures.</li><li>Operates welding machine to repair or join metal parts.</li><li>Cleans work area, tools, and equipment.</li><li>Operates forklifts, boom lifts, scissor lifts as required</li><li>Performs other routine duties as necessary</li><li>Troubleshoot control circuits in production equipment</li><li>Implement electrical/electronic improvements on equipment for better and safer performance</li><li>Analyzing electronic components and systems to design and develop improvements to PLC systems, mixing processes and production line</li><li>Evaluating operational systems and recommending design modifications to eliminate causes of malfunctions and improve productivity</li><li>Repair and maintenance of all electronic and electrical systems of all production operations</li><li>Perform other duties when requested</li></ul>",
