    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>As a fitness instructor at the Suncadia Swim & Fitness Center, you will use your creativity and passion for health and wellness to design individualized training programs and/or lead fitness classes for club members, clients, and resort guests. You will monitor client training sessions and maintain records of client’s progress. Complete records and reports as needed. </li>\n <li>Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas and ensure equipment and classrooms are in working order.</li>\n <li>Attend all special events, meetings, and trainings as requested and required by the Director of Wellness & Fitness</li>\n <li>Perform extra duties as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age. </li>\n <li>Must possess a Personal Trainer Certification, or higher, from one of the following agencies: American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), or The Cooper Institute</li>\n <li>Current CPR and AED certification required.</li>\n <li>Experience in hospitality a plus</li>\n <li>Previous guest relations training preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p>#SuncadiaResort</p>",
