At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Project Manager I, Project Delivery (PM) will oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project. They are responsible for managing financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.</li>\n <li>Assists the Senior Project Manager and Construction Manager for all project scope to ensure code and project requirements are met.</li>\n <li>Understands the Project Budget and coordinates the management of the Contract delivery type Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.</li>\n <li>Knows and understands the requirements of the Contract, including bonds, insurance, notifications, schedules, reporting, costs and energy savings requirements.</li>\n <li>Oversee the set-up of the Project Job Management System (Procore) for all Change Management and Document Control procedures following Company SOPs.</li>\n <li>Negotiate and prepare vendor purchase orders and subcontracts in a timely manner to support the project schedule milestones.</li>\n <li>Participate in the Hand-off meeting from Development that establishes project goals, parameters and client expectations.</li>\n <li>Actively participate with the Project Superintendent in establishment of the site utilization plan with a focus on cleanliness, access control and overall safety of our employees, client personal and public.</li>\n <li>Actively participates in the establishment of the Baseline Schedule for the project with a focus on all Energy Savings requirements and milestones.</li>\n <li>Prepare monthly project reports and cost reviews with project leadership utilizing current information from the Job Management and Accounting Platforms.</li>\n <li>Lead or participate in the establishment of the Project Schedule of Values to be utilized in the monthly payment application with the Client.</li>\n <li>Lead the implementation of the Project Specific Quality Assurance Plan.</li>\n <li>Lead the Change Management process on the project from RFI Affect Letters, Drawing Revisions, and Client Directives from issuance to resolution.</li>\n <li>Lead and document with Agendas and Meeting Minutes all regular project meetings with the Company team, Vendors and Subcontractors, and Client.</li>\n <li>Manages and updates the project schedule with accurate information. Communicates and manages issues with proactive mitigation plans, notifications and predictable outcomes.</li>\n <li>Identify and manage Risk Log items with project leadership.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong customer relations with subcontractors, vendors and Client, ensuring a predictable outcome in alignment with the Client and the Companies energy goals.</li>\n <li>Participates in industry organizations and looks for opportunities to be involved with the community to promote the company and its goals.</li>\n <li>Manages and develops all Assistant Project Managers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.</li>\n <li>Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.</li>\n <li>Manages outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>N/A</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind</li>\n <li>Noisy environment</li>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n <li>Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>25-40% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $97,218.00 - USD $129,767.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
