Description We are looking to hire Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineers for Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai / Pune locations. The role involves driving sales growth by identifying client needs, offering technical solutions, and building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users. Responsibilities Assist and mentor the sales team to generate sales enquiries and to delegate and assist team in preparing Techno/Commercial offers Responsible for generating Sales enquires. Responsible for making technical presentations and convincing customers that our products meet their needs. Responsible for technical assistance and product education Responsible for the design of custom made products Responsible for coordinating between customer & production to meet the customer requirements. Meet Contractors / Consultants to market our products & generate enquiries. Preparation & submission of Techno / Commercial offers. Meeting Contractors / Consultants to obtain product approvals & include our products in their vendor lists. Follow-up for purchase orders against our offers. Forward required information to production on receipt of P.O Follow -up with production on deliveries to meet the customer project schedules. Must have skills Degree or Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Experience in HVAC Products sales - preferably in the Ductable / Acoustics space or related Technical Sales and Marketing experience and understanding of local market with Rolodex of Consultants and Contractors Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
