    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced insurance professional for the role of Agency Business Development</p><p>Representative to support and enhance our expansion into the Florida auto insurance market. This role is</p><p>responsible for identifying opportunities to appoint new independent agencies to offer CURE personal</p><p>auto insurance policies, driving growth, profitability, and managing customer relationships. Additional</p><p>responsibilities include contributing to operational and service strategy, exercising independent judgment</p><p>in evaluating risk, resolving escalated issues, and influencing customer retention and business outcomes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><p>● Work with management to strategically target independent agencies that will benefit from adding</p><p>CURE to their portfolio of insurance partners</p><p>● Make first contact with new agencies via cold calls and warm leads from email campaigns and</p><p>marketing banners on technology platforms such as EZLynx and PL Rater</p><p>● Identify each opportunity and send agency agreements to those aligning with the expectation of a</p><p>minimum of 20 quotes per month</p><p>● Assist in the agency onboarding process via phone and email to gather credentialing documents to</p><p>expedite the setup process when support staff needs assistance</p><p>● Work side-by-side with IT and Operations in the rollout of new technology partners and systems,</p><p>such as IVANS and additional comparative rater platforms</p><p>● Handle complex and escalated customer matters, determining appropriate resolutions with</p><p>minimal oversight</p><p>● Exercise discretion in balancing customer needs with company guidelines and risk tolerance</p><p>● Gain a comprehensive understanding of CURE&rsquo;s underwriting guidelines, protocols, and systems,</p><p>such as Guidewire and supporting technologies.</p><p>● Apply judgment in non-routine or complex scenarios</p><p>● Identify trends in customer interactions and recommend process or policy improvements</p><p>● Prioritize workload and make independent decisions to meet service and business objectives</p><p>● Support the implementation of operational changes and service enhancements</p><p>● Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members on complex cases and best</p><p>practices</p><p>● Assist in training and development initiatives, contributing to the overall capability of the team</p><p>● Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Florida auto insurance products, regulations, and</p><p>procedures</p><p>● Ensure all activities align with Florida insurance regulations and company policies</p><p>● Identify potential risks or inconsistencies and take appropriate action</p><p>● Contribute to customer retention strategies and overall business performance</p><p>● Analyze workflow and customer interaction data to recommend improvements</p><p>● Participate in cross-functional initiatives that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience/Qualifications:</strong></p><p>● Active Florida 2-20 (General Lines) License required (4-40 may be considered depending on</p><p>scope)</p><p>● Requires a strong understanding of the independent agency channel, insurance products, regional</p><p>competitors, and agency technology solutions such as comparative raters</p><p>● 5+ years of experience in auto insurance or with an independent agency</p><p>● Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making in complex</p><p>situations</p><p>● Strong understanding of Florida auto insurance coverage, underwriting, and regulatory</p><p>requirements</p><p>● Experience mentoring or guiding team members preferred</p><p>● Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><p>● Independent decision-making and judgment</p><p>● Advisory and consultative approach to customer service</p><p>● Leadership and mentorship</p><p>● Analytical thinking and problem-solving</p><p>● Strong organizational and time management skills</p><p>● Adaptability in a fast-paced environment</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>● Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage</p><p>● Generous paid time off (PTO days, sick days, and holidays)</p><p>● Flexible spending options with FSA &amp; HSA plans</p><p>● Life and AD&amp;D insurance</p><p>● 401(k) with company match</p><p>● Voluntary benefits such as legal services, pet insurance, and identity &amp; fraud protection</p><p>● 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees and their families</p><p>● Health &amp; wellness perks, including gym discounts, wellness reimbursements, and reward</p><p>programs</p><p>● Fun, engaging in-office events that support our culture</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong>&nbsp;$85,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong>We offer flexible work hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with options like 8&ndash;4,</p><p>8:30&ndash;4:30, or 9&ndash;5.
