The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver with excellent technical skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.</strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to travel between both casino locations in Gardena as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in confined spaces like server rooms.</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work outside of regular hours to maintain 24/7 network operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Objectives of This Role</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain and optimize essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, applications, servers, software, and hardware.</li>\n <li>Lead and implement projects to enhance system performance, security, and reliability.</li>\n <li>Resolve critical IT issues and ensure business continuity.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Oversee IT Infrastructure:</strong> Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure in Casinos.</li>\n <li><strong>Ensure System Uptime and Reliability:</strong> Proactively monitor systems to ensure 24/7 availability and minimize disruptions. Implement redundancy and failover solutions.</li>\n <li><strong>Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues:</strong> Quickly diagnose and resolve network, hardware, software, and system issues to minimize downtime and impact on business operations.</li>\n <li><strong>Network Management:</strong> Design, deploy, and maintain functional and secure networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN). Configure and install network devices (routers, switches, firewalls). Monitor network performance and security.</li>\n <li><strong>System Administration:</strong> Manage and maintain Windows servers, Dell hardware (VxRail, vSAN), VMware ESXi, and Veeam Backup & Replication. Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patches. Manage user accounts and permissions.</li>\n <li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Coordinate with vendors for support, maintenance, and upgrades. Evaluate and recommend new technologies.</li>\n <li><strong>Security and Compliance:</strong> Implement and enforce robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., PCI compliance).</li>\n <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, networks, and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>5+ years in network or systems administration, ideally in a high-availability environment like a casino.</li>\n   <li>Hands-on experience with networking hardware (Cisco, Cisco Meraki) and software.</li>\n   <li>2+ years with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and access points.</li>\n   <li>Experience with surveillance camera systems is a plus</li>\n   <li>Strong experience with Windows Server, Dell hardware (VxRail, vSAN), VMware ESXi, and Veeam Backup & Replication.</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in networking setup and configuration (switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> CCNA or other relevant certifications are a plus.</li>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Expert troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li>\n   <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n   <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li>\n   <li>Strong understanding of IT security best practices.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Other Requirements</strong>: \n  <ul>\n   <li>Ability to travel via air and surface transportation, including travel between multiple offices</li>\n   <li>Ability to lift to 40 lbs. and able to access tight spaces (e.g., under workstations and server rooms), climb ladders, kneel, and stand for extended periods.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
