    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>SIGINT Analyst</strong> to join our team at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE)</strong>, supporting the <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC)</strong>. The SIGINT Analyst will play a critical role in conducting <strong>Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis</strong>, providing actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic objectives. This position requires expertise in SIGINT collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the ability to integrate SIGINT data into multi-intelligence (Multi-INT) fusion efforts. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct <strong>Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis</strong> to support operational and strategic decision-making. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze and exploit SIGINT data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable intelligence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrate SIGINT data with other intelligence disciplines (e.g., GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT) to support <strong>Multi-INT Fusion</strong> and ISR operations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and deliver high-quality intelligence products, including reports, briefings, and assessments, to inform mission planning and execution. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure timely and accurate intelligence delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain proficiency in SIGINT tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Min experience of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AA/AS or 5 years with BA/BS or 3 years with MA/MS</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>SIGINT collection</strong>, <strong>processing</strong>, and <strong>analysis</strong>. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with SIGINT tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations. </li>\n <li>Strong understanding of SIGINT platforms, collection methods, and analytical tradecraft. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required, with CI eligibility</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>Air Combat Command (ACC)</strong> or similar ISR organizations. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>Multi-INT Fusion</strong> and operational-level intelligence planning. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>SIGINT analysis training course</strong> or specialized intelligence certification. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with advanced SIGINT tradecraft techniques and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior analysts in SIGINT analysis.  </li>\n <li>DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 111 Advanced</li>\n <li><strong>Experience Level:</strong> At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. </li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
