    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Reports To: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Plant Manager</p><p>Summary: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;This position is responsible for providing direction for the shifts&rsquo; hourly employees in all associated manufacturing, material handling, compounding and maintenance tasks. &nbsp;</p><p>Specific Duties: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Specific duties are intended to describe activities that support the summary above. &nbsp;The list is not all inclusive &ndash; other duties may be required to cover the breadth and depth of the position. &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform training to employees. &nbsp;Maintain and update training matrix.</li><li>Provide all necessary paperwork needed for the production lines.</li><li>Audit all associated paperwork on each line making sure all paperwork is correct and accurate at the end of each shift.</li><li>Schedule daily staffing for each line every day and forecast needed manning using the work center.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments and managers on projects.</li><li>Must help open and close the building as needed.</li><li>Participate in the QIT (Quality Improvement Teams) process.</li><li>Maintain training needs and records for training.</li><li>Enforce all company rules with regard to the Union Contract (if applicable), Company Handbook, OSHA, safety and housekeeping.</li><li>Ensure Best Manufacturing Practices are being utilized on the production floor.</li><li>Help determine necessary qualifications for new hires and to help recruit potential employees who meet those qualifications,</li><li>To understand and follow Malco&rsquo;s Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;Education: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Degree in Industrial Management, Engineering, Business Management or related / equivalent field; preferred. &nbsp; Degree could be waived based on previous experience.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Experience: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Minimum of 2-3 years served in responsible manufacturing supervisory positions. &nbsp;Will look at a combination of education and experience relating to supervising / managing employees in a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Union experience is a plus.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft AX.</li></ul><p><strong>THERE IS A POSITION ON 1ST SHIFT AT THE BARBERTON PLANT (361 FAIRVIEW AVE.)
