    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><u>Description of Position:</u></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Clinician provides therapeutic services to Prospects children and families. &nbsp;He/she also works as a member of an interdisciplinary team in order to provide milieu based treatment to children with psychiatric, social, emotional and behavioral issues. &nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><ol><li>Master&rsquo;s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology Program. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Current Connecticut state license or license eligible.</li><li>Experience working with children and families and crisis assessment skills.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><h1>Duties and Responsibilities:</h1><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Carries a clinical caseload of 8-10 families.</li><li>Coordinates intake process and discharge.</li><li>Provides crisis intervention/assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitates individual/family/multi-family and group therapy.&nbsp;</li><li>Attends psychiatric evaluation and medication management appointments with psychiatry team for clients on caseload.</li><li>Participates in interdisciplinary treatment plan review meetings and rounds.</li><li>Effectively collaborates with all providers, including school personnel and attends relevant meetings (i.e. PPT, 504) as needed.</li><li>Participates in all internal and external meetings as scheduled.</li><li>Maintain all necessary electronic health records and scheduling requirements in accordance with agency requirements, Federal and State standards and insurance guidelines.</li><li>Participates in after hours on-call (telephone consult only) rotation at a rate of approximately one time every 7-10 weeks.</li><li>Provision of supervision to assigned Direct Care Workers.</li><li>Completes other duties as assigned.</li></ol><p><u>Reporting Relationships:</u></p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p>This position reports to the supervisor named in the letter of appointment, and is accountable to this supervisor for the performance of all professional activities at the Center. &nbsp;The Clinician is a member of the interdisciplinary team.</p>\n    </div>\n  \n",
