    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Overview&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>RMGS, Inc. is currently recruiting an Instructor and Assessor (Ground) in Virginia Beach, Virginia. <strong><span style=\"color:red;\">This position is contingent upon contract award.&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Roles and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Deliver classroom and practical field instruction in accordance with approved curricula</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Prepare training areas, including weapons loading, target placement, and equipment setup</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Conduct operator-level maintenance and cleaning of authorized weapons systems</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Maintain training binders and course materials</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Complete and maintain required Personnel Qualification Standards for each watch station</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and Navy policies, including those governing high-risk training environments</li></ul></div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>Required Qualifications and Experience</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><div style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Valid U.S. driver&rsquo;s license</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Secret security clearance</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Meet physical and psychological requirements, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in high-risk environments</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Graduate of a certified Navy Instructor Training Course (e.g., NEC 9502, 9501, or 9518) or a civilian/commercial equivalent course certified as JIT/NITC equivalency by the Center for Professional Development</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Qualified Range Safety Officer or possess a civilian industry standard equivalent for small arms and crew-served weapons static and dynamic live-fire ranges</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Able to qualify on the following weapons systems as required: M240 Machine Gun, M2HB .50 cal Machine Gun, M203 Grenade Launcher</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">One year of instructional experience, per DD-214 document or course certificates</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Experience in one or more of the following areas: USN Naval Coastal Warfare, Maritime Expeditionary Security, Riverine, Coast Riverine, or Special Operations (SEAL, SF, MARSOC)</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Experience from tactical small arms weapons training schools or equivalent schools</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Honorable discharge from active-duty military service with a favorable reenlistment code</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Recent (within three years) weapons qualifications for the M9/M18 Pistol (or replacement), M4/M16 Rifle, and M500 Shotgun</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint</li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family: initial;\">Clearly write and speak in English</li></ul><p><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Company Overview</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>RMGS, Inc. is a growing small business headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
