We are seeking a Field Manager for our fiber optic construction projects for multi-dwelling units (MDU’s). In this role you will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all telecom construction projects. This role drives alignment between internal teams and project goals, while continuously improving processes, managing performance, and supporting company growth through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration. Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, budget adherence, and process improvements.
