Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and regulatory&nbsp;compliance&nbsp;a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and maintenance practices</li><li>Two-year technical degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred; equivalent field experience considered.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, extensive knowledge and experience with CMMS (Maximo preferred).&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively across maintenance and production teams</li><li>Training and experience in industrial electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred</li><li>Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting.</li><li>Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including respirator when required</li><li>Ability to work in elevated areas including, but not limited to&nbsp;platforms, and catwalks</li><li>Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)&nbsp;</li></ul>Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
