style=\"font-family:Georgia, serif;\">Effectively operates mid-mount and front-mount mowers without damage to resident property while following proper turning change patterns without spinning wheels serif;\">Maintains all equipment in proper working order, including daily preventative maintenance checks, cleaning and refueling</span></span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><span
