This role is crucial in assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and ensuring effective communication among all parties involved in patient care.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>\n<p>The Service Technician is a driving position responsible for the delivery, set up, pick up and troubleshooting of Durable Medical Equipment (DME).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Deliver and install Medical Equipment in a safe and timely manner.</li>\n <li>Instructing patients, family members, and caregivers on equipment functions while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.</li>\n <li>Minor repair and equipment troubleshooting while in the field.</li>\n <li>Thorough and accurate completion of all orders on a web-based inventory management system.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Shift Information</strong></p>\n<p>Service Technician candidates must be willing/able to work overtime hours, as well as be available for rotating On-Call shifts, which include Weekends and Evenings.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Degree or G.E.D.</li>\n <li>Candidates must at least 21 years of age and have possessed a Driver’s License for a minimum of 5 years</li>\n <li>1+ years of Delivery and/or Healthcare experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift an average of 50 pounds and perform strenuous work.</li>\n <li>Basic phone/computer skills.</li>\n <li>All candidates must possess a clean driving record and criminal background.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $20.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.",
