      "content": "<div>\n<div><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Quality Management System (QMS)</strong></div>\n\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"386\">Maintain and improve the company Quality Management System in alignment with AS9100 standard.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"483\">Develop, implement, and enforce quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and inspection criteria.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"592\">Support external customer and regulatory audits.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"644\">Drive compliance to AS9100 principles and customer-specific quality requirements.</li>\n\n<div><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Manufacturing Quality Oversight</strong></div>\n\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"764\">Lead quality operations across VBAT assembly, composite fabrication, avionics integration, mechanical assembly, and test operations.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"900\">Ensure robust in-process and final inspection processes are in place and effective.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"987\">Establish inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and manufacturing quality controls.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1075\">Monitor production quality metrics including defects, escapes, rework, scrap, MRB activity, and yield.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1181\">Partner with production and manufacturing leadership to improve build quality, process discipline, and throughput.</li>\n\n<div><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Nonconformance &amp; Corrective Action</strong></div>\n\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1337\">Own the Material Review Board (MRB) process and disposition of nonconforming material.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1427\">Drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1499\">Ensure containment actions are timely and effective while long-term solutions are implemented.</li>\n\n<div><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Inspection</strong></div>\n\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1611\">Oversee inspection personnel including in-process inspection and final acceptance testing.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1705\">Ensure calibrated tooling and measurement systems are maintained and compliant.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1788\">Improve inspection efficiency while maintaining product integrity and traceability.</li>\n\n<div><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Leadership &amp; Team Development</strong></div>\n\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"1908\">Build and develop a high-performing quality organization in a startup-growth environment.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"2001\">Mentor Quality Engineers, Inspectors, and Technicians.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"2059\">Promote a proactive quality culture focused on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li data-renderer-start-pos=\"2164\">Drive cross-functional collaboration between Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.</li>\n\n</div>"
