    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<div><strong>Position Summary&nbsp;</strong></div><div>Works under the direction of the Supervisor to provide caseload management, referrals, and groups/classes for clients assigned to Pretrial Services, as well as ensuring status reports and/or violations are delivered to the court in a timely manner. Ability to make verbal and written presentations related to supervision and compliance. Maintains a high-performance level with limited supervision.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Pay Grade: 48&nbsp;</div><div>Salary Commensurate with Experience and Education&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Minimum Qualifications&nbsp;</strong></div><div><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field; OR&nbsp;</li><li>An equivalent combination of related education, and/or experience.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li><li>PROOF OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></div><div><ul><li>Caseload management and court reports. Properly address client non-compliance with court order.&nbsp;</li><li>Data entry of daily activities and productivity in supervision application.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct office visits and class assessments.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct case file checks and report findings to Supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li>Complete all assigned training.&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate groups/classes, as instructed.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>KSAs&nbsp;</strong></div><div><ul><li>Capable of following new procedures/protocols provided by supervisory staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities and monitor details.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to make presentations in court and the ability to work well under pressure.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Special Requirements</strong></div><div><ul><li>Must maintain reliable transportation.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to work within a jail secure facility on a limited basis for caseload management needs.<br>&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><strong>Disclaimer&nbsp;</strong></div><div>This position is subject to a background check for any convictions that have a substantial relationship to potential job duties.
