sheet metal)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manages crew scheduling, project execution, and allocation of labor, materials, and equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Drives safety, quality, profitability, and on-time project delivery</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Monitors project financials, identifies risks, and implements solutions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develops and enforces policies, procedures, and operational standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Leads, coaches, and develops field staff; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">10 years of experience with commercial roofing/architectural sheet metal/construction (required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">5 years of experience with operations and personnel management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">High School Diploma and GED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">B.S. degree in Business, Construction Management, or related educational field (preferred)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">OSHA 30 safety certification</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
