Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.</em></p>\n<p><em>If you are viewing this posting on a job site, please visit our company page and search for the opportunity to view the pay range: https://careers-mycmh.icims.com/jobs</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong>  </p>\n<p>As a senior member of the Information Systems team, the Reporting Analyst III provides robust analytics solutions and complex, customized reporting strategies across the application portfolio, primarily focusing on Epic and integrated third-party applications. This role involves complex reporting support, data validation, data visualization, and support of business decision-making. The Reporting Analyst III plays a contributory role in the establishment and maintenance of data governance and enterprise analytics.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED)</li>\n <li>Five (5) years of Healthcare Information Technology experience</li>\n <li>Three (3) years of healthcare clinical and/or revenue cycle reporting experience</li>\n <li>Two (2) years of experience as a team lead</li>\n <li>ITIL Foundation certification or obtainment within six (6) months of hire</li>\n <li>Epic Cogito certification or accreditation</li>\n <li>Epic Clarity certification or accreditation </li>\n <li>Epic Caboodle certification or accreditation </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master's Degree</li>\n <li>Advanced SQL proficiency</li>\n <li>Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI</li>\n <li>Experience in Microsoft Office 365</li>\n <li>Experience leading executive-level or governance committees</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<li>Leads contributor to the enterprise customization strategy for Epic reporting and analytics.</li>\n<li>Manages complex, custom reporting solutions across Reporting Workbench, Clarity, Caboodle, and visualization platforms.</li>\n<li>Defines, informs, and maintains data governance standards and reporting best practices.</li>\n<li>Develops and oversees KPI frameworks and executive dashboards.</li>\n<li>Serves as an escalation point for high-complexity analytics and data integrity issues.</li>\n<li>Partners with leadership, IT governance, and data owners to ensure consistency and compliance.</li>\n<li>Serves as a technical mentor and escalation point for Tier I and II analytics.</li>\n<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Nationally Recognized.
