    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>On a production basis, performs precision mechanical assembly work, which is typically of high complexity and/or requires fitting, alignment, and the adjustment of components, units, and assemblies to very close tolerances.</li><li>Performs integrated next-level assembly work on machined/fabricated aerospace parts at a floor station.&nbsp;</li><li>Assembles fabricated parts at a floor station using and or performing: Riveting, Cold Working, Nut Plates, Bearings, Bushings, Cold Bonding, Fabricating and installing Shims, Sealing, Bucking/Squeezing Rivets and Grounding Blocks for integrated next-level assemblies.</li><li>Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensures conformance to established procedures and quality level of Arden Engineering&rsquo;s Quality Policy and conformance to Customer Engineering and Specifications.</li><li>Ensures safe work habits and environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Accomplishes various production assembly functions that are somewhat complicated in nature.</li><li>Assembles products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.</li><li>Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications using jigs and templates when required.</li><li>Positions parts in specified relationship to each other under extremely close tolerance conditions.</li><li>Fastens parts together using an Orbital Riveting machine.</li><li>Loads and unloads previously setup machines such as arbor presses, drill presses and milling machines.</li><li>Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. &nbsp;Trouble-shoots and reworks production items that do not meet specifications.</li><li>Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with a variety of the field&#39;s concepts, practices, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.</li><li>Performs a variety of complicated tasks.</li><li>Some degree of creativity and latitude is expected.</li><li>Works under immediate supervision.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Position Requirements</strong></p><ul data-pasted=\"true\"><li>May be required to meet certain certifications in field.&nbsp;</li><li>Requires at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area of precision mechanical assembly experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of shop math and geometry.&nbsp;</li><li>The ability to read and interpret complex drawings and documents for machined parts and assemblies highly desired.</li><li>Preferred experience in Riveting, Cold Working, Nut Plates, Bearings, Bushings, Cold Bonding, Fabricating and installing Shims, Sealing, Bucking/Squeezing Rivets and including but not limited to Grounding Blocks for integrated next-level assemblies.</li><li>Preferred knowledgeable in the use of various power-hand tools, drills, jigs, templates, boring and bucking equipment.</li><li>Good communication skills with the ability to work with others with a positive attitude.</li><li>Standard safety training.</li><li>Ability to drive and operate a forklift.</li><li>General Physical Requirements: Standard physical requirements to include the ability to sit and stand for multiple hours at a time; Able to sit and stand for multiple hours at a time; Reaching walking; Pulling, pushing, lifting 50 lbs. or less; Atmospheric conditions, oils/coolants.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
