This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader who thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is ready to take the next step in their management career. As the #2 leader on site , you will partner closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience while leading daily operations in a high-profile corporate café serving breakfast and lunch. Incentives M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, rare weekends What You'll Do In this highly visible and collaborative role, you will: Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day café operations Lead and mentor a front-of-house team of 3 employees Deliver a high-quality guest experience with a focus on hospitality and service excellence Roll up your sleeves in a hands-on environment (including light food prep and coffee service) Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Ensure accuracy in cash handling and POS operations Maintain strict food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards Support special projects and site initiatives as needed What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
