This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader who thrives in a fast-paced café environment and is ready to take the next step in their management career.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the <strong>#2 leader on site</strong>, you will partner closely with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional dining experience while leading daily operations in a high-profile corporate café serving breakfast and lunch.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings, rare weekends\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>In this highly visible and collaborative role, you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the <strong>General Manager</strong> in overseeing day-to-day café operations</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor a <strong>front-of-house team of 3 employees</strong></li>\n <li>Deliver a high-quality guest experience with a focus on hospitality and service excellence</li>\n <li>Roll up your sleeves in a <strong>hands-on environment</strong> (including light food prep and coffee service)</li>\n <li>Manage <strong>inventory, ordering, and cost controls</strong></li>\n <li>Ensure accuracy in <strong>cash handling and POS operations</strong></li>\n <li>Maintain strict <strong>food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards</strong></li>\n <li>Support <strong>special projects and site initiatives</strong> as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
