The ultimate objective of this position is to help advance the Seminole Nation by delivering value and signature moments every day.<br><br>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include, but are not limited to the following:<br><br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Creates and supports a work environment/culture focused on building high-trust relationships by extending support and respect to all.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Acts as a representative of the Casino, interacting with guests and employees in a courteous, professional manner.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Guards the property on assigned shift, identifying potential security and/or safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate individual, to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees and the entire facility.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Acts as a backup to Security Officers on assigned shift, and assumes their duties when necessary.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitors performances of all Security Officers and provides feedback.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains a working knowledge of the Casino&rsquo;s facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow employees of same, whenever possible.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists in the daily security operations.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction throughout the property is achieved and maintained.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Facilitates the flow of information throughout the property, by attending scheduled departmental meetings.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Held accountable, to a high degree, for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.<br>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees, by setting positive examples at all times.<br><br><br>&emsp;<br>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:<br>One year to three years of similar or related experience. Equivalent to a high school education.<br><br>MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY:<br>Has supervisory/managerial responsibilities that are usually limited and/or restricted to assigning work and supervising the efforts of a small subordinate group of employees (typically up to 3).
