    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.2.10/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job purpose</strong></p><p>To setup and run the Sodick Wire EDMs all the while maintaining part quality and production efficiencies. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Setup, operate and debug Sodick Wire EDMs.</li><li>Make machine tool offsets as needed to maintain part quality.</li><li>Make minor program changes to M &amp; G code as needed.</li><li>Identifies signs of tool wear and then makes the appropriate process or tool change(s).&nbsp;</li><li>Reads process sheets and mechanical drawings with the understanding of GD&amp;T.</li><li>Works on multiple machines and performs multiple tasks throughout the day.</li><li>Uses general measuring instruments such as; indicators, micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, gage blocks, rules, protractor and height gages.</li><li>Enters inspection data into a computer software program.</li><li>Performs basic machine maintenance such as changing fluids and filters.</li><li>Maintains a clean work environment and machine work area.</li><li>Follows company written policy and documented procedures.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience setting up and running EDMs or minimum 3-5 years of experience setting up and running CNC Lathes and Mills or Technical Training College with the focus of study being CNC setups and operation.</li><li>Ability to read blue prints and knowledge of GD&amp;T a must.</li><li>Knowledge of&nbsp;Esprit programs with understanding of cutting parameters.</li><li>An understanding of both the Metric and English measuring systems a must.</li><li>Ability to use a variety of measuring equipment.</li><li>High School Diploma or Technical Training Certificate.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Working conditions</strong></p><ul><li>Standard work week is Monday through Friday on B-Shift.</li><li>Working in production environment.</li><li>Required exposure to industrial oils, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals. &nbsp; NOTE: &nbsp;All safety precautions will be used.</li><li>Requirement for some independent actions and/or decisions is expected.</li><li>Required to work in a non-air-conditioned setting.</li><li>Some repetitive motion required on occasion.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical requirements</strong></p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Required daily: periodic lifting of materials and parts weighing up to 70 lbs.</p><p>&bull; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Required intermittent long periods sitting and standing.</p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"left\" width=\"631\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong><em>Arnold Magnetic Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected status or characteristic. &nbsp;Minority/Female/Sexual Orientation/General Identity/Disability/Veteran</em></strong></p></td></tr></tbody></table><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>#ROC</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>B Shift:<br/><br/>Mon-Thurs: 2:45pm-12:15am<br/><br/>Fri: 2:45pm-6:45pm",
