          "text": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>\nProject management and customer management for capital equipment (packaging equipment) from receipt of purchase order, through engineering, procurement, assembly, installation, acceptance testing and the first year of warranty.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>The position’s primary responsibility is ensuring the successful execution of a sales order using project management skills.</li><li>Maintaining customer relationships, communication, and satisfaction are key aspects of this role in addition to negotiating conflicts with the customer during project execution.</li><li>Responsible for issuing change orders, both internal and customer driven, to maintain clarity of customer requirements, scope of work, and schedule milestones.</li><li>Assess risks and project finances throughout the execution of a project within a stage gate structure.&#xa0; Report monthly on the project performance vs. budget and develop forecasts to estimate margin impact.</li><li>Lead and motivate cross functional teams of shared resources from design phase through installation and customer acceptance, as well as collaborating with peer project managers on shared resources and project priorities.</li><li>Monitor the activities of the procurement team to ensure that the global supply chain and internal fabrication team accommodate the project schedule and budget.&#xa0; This includes managing intracompany and 3rd party equipment purchases for projects that involve system elements outside of the site’s packaging equipment deliverables (e.g., feeder bowls, product distribution systems, etc.)</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Normal Office Environment.</li><li>Domestic and International travel up to 30% to other Syntegon Packaging sites, suppliers, and/or customers.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education and Experience Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in project management in manufactured equipment or capital equipment.</li><li>5+ years' experience in engineering &amp; manufacturing&#xa0;environments managing multiple projects.</li><li>5+ years' experience as liaison with customers and managing expectations to a contract.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of automated packaging equipment and/or Engineer-to-Order capital equipment that involves mechanical &amp; electrical design and manufacturing with integrated controls systems.&#xa0; The ideal experience would be with horizontal form, fill and seal (HFFS) packaging equipment and processes.</li><li>Proficiency with project management practices using the stage gate approach and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ERP systems (SAP preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in leading cross functional teams composed of shared resources and a demonstrated ability to effectively mentor junior project managers and associates within adjacent functions.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Normal Office Environment with minimal domestic and international travel to other Syntegon Packaging sites, suppliers, and/or customers.</li></ul>",
