In this role, you will analyze performance, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and provide insights that support strategic and operational initiatives. You will shape all planning-related activities to support global expansion and brand growth.<br><br>You will work cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Commercial, helping translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.<br><br><ul><li>Support cross-functional teams in achieving their commercial goals by providing insightful reports, analytical deep dives, and planning and tooling support.</li><li>Develop ad hoc business cases that support sales growth and/or cost improvement initiatives.</li><li>Build clear, structured presentations that translate complex data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.</li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.</li><li>Develop and implement tools and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.</li><li>Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decision-making under different business assumptions.</li><li>Assist in the evaluation of new tools, systems, or data sources to enhance analytical capabilities.</li><li>Drive AI innovation and automation to enhance operational efficiency.</li></ul>"

      "value": "<ul><li>6+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role in a fast-paced environment (e.g. fashion or brand e-commerce, banking, start-ups, strategy consulting). </li><li>University degree in a quantitative field with a strong business focus (e.g. Finance, Economics, Engineering, MBA).</li><li>Advanced modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets are a must, ideally experience in AI data tools.</li><li>Advanced understanding of the typical e-commerce and finance KPI.</li><li>Previous experience with BI and data tools.</li><li>Very strong quantitative analytical skills and confident handling large dataset.</li><li>Fashion/ e-commerce experience is a strong plus.</li><li>Well-structured and organized way of working.</li><li>Good team player</li><li>Clear, efficient and friendly in verbal as well as written communication (fluent English, German is a plus).</li></ul>"
