    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Position | Te Mahi</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c; font-size: 16px\">We are currently expanding our Homecare Clinical team and we are looking for an Integrated Registered Nurse who will work cross functional (Homecare, Community Nursing and Clinical Trials) across New Plymouth and nearby areas. </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">This is a f</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"color: #1c1c1c\">ull-time (40 hours per week Monday - Sunday Rostered ) permanent position.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><br></span></p>\n<p>This position is highly autonomous and involves visiting patients in their homes to apply your practical nursing knowledge and assessment skills, case management, and patient education. It will also involve developing positive working relationships with GP practices and other referrers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be highly experienced and clinically confident with a great attitude and have excellent wound care knowledge or experience, ideally from a community or district nursing background.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will be empowered to provide continuity of care for our patients from beginning to end, while we provide great orientation, excellent ongoing clinical support, and access to ongoing education</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">In this role: </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will use your skills to assess and plan Homecare support for our Service Users. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will be hands on with service user assessments and Community Support Worker training and competencies. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will follow up and review service user goals and progress on a regular basis. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will enable service user to live their best lives. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\">You will ensure accidents and incidents are reported in a timely manner and you will ensure any service user concerns are escalated to the Clinical Lead.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will work in collaboration with Clients Service Managers and the Homecare Clinical Lead to provide outstanding services to our service users in the community. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will be competent in your field with the ability to learn different skills and gain a broad knowledge around medication management, enteral feeding, falls and pressure injury prevention and wound care. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will work holistically using a client-centered approach and will have a strong local knowledge of our health system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">You will have the ability to communicate with primary and secondary healthcare and an understanding of ACC and MOH community contracts is an advantage</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 15px\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">The ideal candidate will have:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Most importantly - a passion for helping service users in the community, full training is on offer!</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Experience working in the community desirable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Current registration and NZNC practising certificate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">The ability to work autonomously with a strong solution focus</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Strong MS Office skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Attention to detail </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Strong and positive communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Ability to work in a complex and changing environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Critical thinking</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Clean full New Zealand Driver’s license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 16px\">Must have the legal right to work in NZ</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">We offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive Pay Rates {Depending on years of practical experience, the pay for clinical workers can range from $80,000 to $90,000 annually}<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Flexible hours</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Training opportunities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Supportive team </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Free EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Services</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Organisation |Te Whakahaerenga</span></p>\n<p>Healthvision is a family-owned provider of homecare, community nursing, and rehabilitation services across Aotearoa.
