    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Front of House Managers at the Whitewater Center are responsible for supervising the front-of-house staff and operations of the River&rsquo;s Edge restaurant, Pump House Biergarten, catered events, and other food and beverage outlets. This position is a full-time, benefits-eligible role that reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain a strong presence on the floor during restaurant hours, lead by example, and hold the team accountable</li><li>Ensure quality standards for food and dining experiences are met</li><li>Anticipate guest needs, and provide each customer with a positive, engaging experience</li><li>Hire and develop front-of-house staff</li><li>Enforce performance expectations and utilize evaluation techniques</li><li>Facilitate communication between the front-of-house and back-of-house</li><li>Project guest traffic at all food outlets in preparation for efficient daily operations</li><li>Manage labor costs, adjusting staffing levels as needed</li><li>Practice daily recordkeeping of product waste and participate in monthly inventory processes</li><li>Order food and beverage products based on predetermined par levels and anticipated business needs</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Management level experience in a fast-paced, high-volume dining atmosphere</li><li>Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills</li><li>Excellent service skills, professional demeanor</li><li>Ability to adjust operations based upon business demands</li><li>Maintain availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays with frequency</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualification&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Current First Aid and CPR Certification</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to safely self-transport over uneven terrain or in a confined space</li><li>Must be able to stand for sustained periods of time</li><li>Must be able to lift and move at least 50 pounds</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Access to Whitewater Center&#39;s pass activities<br>Staff discount program and pro deals<br>Health, Dental, Vision, FSA<br>401K<br>Paid Time Off</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Overview of Food and Beverage</strong> <strong>Department</strong></p><p>The Food and Beverage Department delivers exceptional, chef-driven culinary service to Whitewater guests.
