Based in Redding, California, our capabilities include design and engineering, system manufacturing, system installation, startup services, and site civil construction. Our integrated system approach allows AV the ability to deliver the entire treatment system from the influent to effluent flanges on the treatment pad, creating more value for our clients and the end-user.&nbsp;</p><p>This role will be a full-time working lead role reporting to the Paint Supervisor.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure a safe work environment with a constant safety focus&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to the production schedule and coordinate with Paint Supervisor to ensure On Time Delivery</li><li>Lead and support</li><li>Responsible for demand planning and evaluating all material requirements</li><li>Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure material availability</li><li>Coordinate with third party vendors for coating/lining/plating or any external operations</li><li>Support materials management and inventory controls as required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a team player who can grow with our company.&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must have high school diploma or GED Equivalent</li><li>Must have minimum 7-10 years experience specifically in industrial manufacturing Painting, pressure vessels is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with Plasite 4110 and similar products is strongly preferred</li><li>Media blasting experience and surface profile knowledge</li><li>Exposure to ASME code pressure vessel fabrication preferred</li><li>Ability to read drawings, manufacturer specifications, and instructions as it relates to paint products</li><li>Experience with operating plural paint system strongly preferred</li><li>NACE Level I / II or CIP Level I certification strongly preferred</li></ul><p>Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and background check and must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong><strong>:</strong></p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to perform light physical activity.
