          "text": "<p>We are looking for a <strong>Labourer – Loader Operator</strong> to join our team in <strong>Drummondville</strong>.</p><p>We are seeking a candidate with experience operating a loader who is interested in a versatile role within our recycling yard. The incumbent will participate in the receipt, sorting, and shipment of ferrous metals while also operating a loader to move, load, and organize materials on site.</p><p>This position combines equipment operation with hands-on manual work. We are looking for someone who enjoys both operating machinery and actively participating in daily site operations.</p><p><u><strong>What you will be responsible for :</strong></u></p><ul><li>Greet customers and apply established receiving procedures;</li><li>Receive, unload, manually sort, and inspect ferrous metals;</li><li>Identify different types of metals and assess their quality;</li><li>Operate a loader as needed to move, load, and organize materials on site;</li><li>Use other equipment such as forklifts and various industrial tools when required;</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe work environment in compliance with health and safety standards;</li><li>Perform any other related tasks to support site operations.</li></ul>",
