In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our relationships with key national accounts, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our largest clients in the Grocery and C- Store Vertical, developing customized solutions that meet their specific needs while maintaining profitability and market competitiveness.</p><ul><li>Develop and execute strategic account plans for national accounts to drive revenue growth and market penetration</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at assigned accounts</li><li>Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell complementary ducted products and services</li><li>Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic recommendations</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery</li><li>Monitor account performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report on key performance indicators to management</li><li>Manage customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention</li><li>Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand market presence</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation in the CRM system for all account activities and communications</li></ul>",
